The Unfulfilled Scholastic Achievement scholarship, or USA Scholarship, was established by a former employee of the North Colorado Medical Center.

To be considered for this scholarship, an applicant must be an employee or a family member of a current or retired employee working in a custodial position for the North Colorado Medical Center. Applicant must have accumulated a minimum of one semester of post high school course credit and be furthering or completing his or her education at a college, university, community college, or trade school. Applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America. Please complete PART I and PART II of application.
