Giving Through the Enterprise Zone

Any taxpayer who makes a contribution to the Greeley/Weld Enterprise Zone Fund in support of the North Colorado Medical Center may claim a credit against their state income tax liability.

Cash Contributions
The state income tax credit is 25% of the value of the cash contribution, up to a maximum credit of $100,000 per taxpayer, per year.

Approved In-Kind Contributions
The state income tax credit is 12.5% of the documented value of the approved in-kind contribution, up to a maximum credit of $50,000 per taxpayer, per year.
